It’s my first day of work!

You know what, when I got up this morning at 7am, the first thing that came to my mind is, ‘I’m kinda regretting getting a full time job’ I mean look at the numerous things I will be missing out. Like now, I’m sulking over the fact that I can’t be going JB with the DOTS company this Thursday. I was so looking forward to it, even wanted to request to take off on that day, but so sway, gotta go BHG (Bugis) to relief. ):

By the way, I think I ought to make a trip down to Kino one of these days when I’m free and get my hands on a couple of hair styling magazines. I spent almost close to half an hour this morning trying to fix my hair into something stylish yet neat. In the end, I really had no idea what I can do, I just tie everything up into a pony tail and left my house hurriedly. Was the last to reach by a couple of minutes late because I was searching high and low for my IC. Luckily it’s with precious. PHEW!

The first hour was pretty boring and dry. Introduction about the company yadaa yadaa. Next part of the day was a killer! Thank goodness I’m not alone. Met this really petite girl, Sophie. She is really small!! Smaller than me and has an ultimately surprisingly huge appetite. Despite eating so much over lunch, (she says she eats a lot daily too) she only weighs 32kg!!! OMG!! That’s like my weight in primary school la!!! HAHA, I’m not the shortest because she is shorter than me. Oook… I know I am being damn mean here, but I’m always the shortest among my friends, and I rarely meet people who are shorter than me. So… (:

So back to training. Is really a killer!! I have to memorize almost everything at a short span of 3 hours on all the skin care range! Thankfully it’s not a really tough job for me because I have some background knowledge on skin care when I was at IPSA. After a hearty lunch at Pastamania, it was the second round of fun torture. I said fun cause it’s really amazing to know the different techniques SHU uses, torture because having to grasp everything at such a short time. I never knew SHU cosmetic is really that good. If you haven’t try, you really should. And now I also finally know why sometimes my full timers complain it’s so stress. IT REALLY IS!

Tomorrow will be the official day I’m starting work at the counter. Wish me good luck that my counter manager is good and not mean like Agnes, my other retail manager. She look so fierce, always unsmiling, and talk like she damn yaya like that. Maybe I still don’t really know her so. Pretty excited! Shall get back reading my notes! ):

This sounds lame but I’m getting a ang moh name. Jac and B had the same suggestion, Renee. Jac says I got the ‘R’ face. LOL! Anyway, still thinking about it though. I know DOTS gang must be laughing la. Like I’m known as REN SHAN for all these years. Suddenly got ang moh name so weird. I also find it weird.
