Don’t you all agree that after we work for a certain period of time at a particular place, there is a kind of authority you possess and an air when you speak to newcomers even though you are considered a newbie with only a few months of experience?

My colleagues are ok, still too early to judge. But my impression of them is that they seem pretty unfriendly and unwilling to teach which I’ve already expected.

I so wished I was posted to either Ochard Tangs or Taka, not because they are A counters (top in sales) but because I’ve got friends there. My most preferred would be Tangs, a least I will have a lot of lunch khakis. ): But not too bad la, I’m stationed at Isetan Scotts at least it’s in town, hopefully sales is not too bad here. But I overheard form my colleagues that the sales this month is like shit. Business is really bad man due to the economic crisis. Really stressed me out when I heard that, apart from the commission scheme since next month I will be bearing target.

I’m really starting to feel the stress. Or maybe I’m giving myself the unwanted stress. Because I expect a lot out of myself. No matter what I have to make sure I hit 80% of my target, any less than that the commission I’ll be getting is like shit. And they are so strict about lateness and MC. A little too complicated to explain but once you are on MC or late in that month, the incentive will be forfeited. I think I really need to work on this part man. B promise to morning call me everyday. HAHA!

So sway! My line got cut off yesterday! ): It’s really frustrating because hand phone has become a must-have item with you. Feel so uneasy without it, half the time I’m thinking who is trying to reach me but I’m unavailable.

HAHAHA! My new name is Renee. Sounds weird? But heck la, just for working use, because they totally can’t remember my name and keep pronouncing it wrongly!!! Example, they can even call me GRAN SAN = GRANDSON (sound alike) What the hell right!!!
